This Privacy Policy explains how Invoro ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our invoicing service.
We collect account information you provide directly (name, email, company details) and information about the clients, invoices, and quotes you create in your account. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
We use your information to provide and improve the service, process billing, send transactional emails (invoice reminders, receipts, account notices), and provide customer support. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You can export or delete your data at any time from your account. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.
